Wooden tubs are recommended for those who value natural and eco-friendly materials. These wooden hot tubs require a lot of maintenance. There is also a difference in setup – the new hot tub is recommended to swell for a few days to make it waterproof, and in warm season, water need to be constantly in the hot tub to avoid drying out of the timber.
Water should be drained when cleaning or changing it. If the wooden hot tub is slightly dry, then before filling the water, we recommend to tighten the belts. In the cold season, the tub should be kept empty because ice can damage it. when the hot tub is unused we recommend to keep it covered. For maintenance and disinfection of the hot tub use special detergents to protect from algae and bacteria buildup.
